The planner
The Christmas planner saves your area, measurements, budget, notes and list in local storage in the browser you use. This site’s planner code does not send those entries to a server. It does not sync across devices or accounts.
Someone using the same browser profile may be able to see the plan. Use “Clear my plan” to remove it from this site’s browser storage. Clearing browser data can also remove it. Export or print a copy if you want to keep one.
The calculators
The light-cost and light-quantity calculators run in the page. Inputs are not sent to a server or saved as a calculation history. If you choose “Save estimate to my plan,” the quantity estimate is added to the planner’s local browser storage.
Site visits
This release does not install a site-owner analytics script, advertising pixel or email signup form. Hosting and network providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site; that is separate from the planner’s local storage.
Contacting Chris
The contact link opens your email application. If you send an email, your address and message are received through email and can be used to answer the request. Do not include payment details, passwords or other information that is unnecessary for your question.
Other websites
External links open another website or your email application. Those services have their own practices. This page does not describe what a retailer does after you visit it.
Changes and questions
This notice describes the features in the current release. It should be reviewed before analytics, email subscriptions or other data-collecting features are introduced.
